Preliminary Study of Sweetpotato Adaptability in Inner Mongolia Dalateqi Area

摘要: 为研究甘薯在内蒙古达拉特旗干旱、半干旱地区的生长适应性,选用优质食用、淀粉、特用等40多个甘薯新品种(系),从中筛选出适合当地种植的甘薯新材料。结果表明,在达拉特旗地区,试验①中所选甘薯材料间的单株结薯数和薯块干率差异达到1%的显著水平,淀粉产量差异达到5%的显著水平;淀粉、还原糖及可溶性糖含量在品种(系)间存在极显著差异,蛋白质含量差异不显著。还发现薯块干率与还原性糖和可溶性糖显著负相关,而与淀粉含量正相关程度也较高,但未达到显著水平。从试验①和试验②中,共筛选出徐薯28、徐076008、徐065922、徐060314和徐071419等16个中高代材料在达旗当地过冬保存,以期于下年在内蒙古地区育苗和进一步筛选,以及大面积示范、推广。

Abstract: In order to study the growth and adaptability of sweetpotato in the arid or semi-arid regions in InnerMongolia, we chose more than 40 sweetpotato varieties ( lines) with especial usage and screened some new varietiessuitable for growing in local farmlands. The results showed that in Dalateqi region storage root numbers per plant anddry matter content of storage root among the selected sweetpotato varieties ( lines) in test ① reached to 1 % significant level, otherwise protein content reached to 5% significant level. Starch, reducing sugar and soluble sugar content were significant differences among the varieties ( lines) in test ①, however, protein content was no significantdifference. Seen from the correlation coefficients, dry matter content of storage root had significantly negative correlation with reducing sugar and soluble sugar content, and had relative high positive correlation with starch content, butdid not reach to a significant level. Concluded from the test ① and test ②, we totally screened 16 medium or highgeneration sweetpotato materials ( including Xushu 28, Xu 076008, Xu 065922 Xu 060314 and Xu 071419 and soon) , and saved them to pass the winter in the local, and expected to propagate and further screen, as well as demonstration and extend in a large area in the Inner Mongolia region in the next year.
