砷胁迫对超级稻根系保护酶活性和渗透调节物质的影响

Effects on Protective Enzymes and Osmotic Regulation Substances to Arsenic Stress in Super Rice Roots

摘要: 探讨砷胁迫对超级稻抗氧化能力的响应机理。在盆栽条件下,以沈农265超级稻品种为供试试材,研究砷对超级稻根系活性氧代谢和渗透调节程度的影响。结果显示,随着砷浓度的提高,超级稻根系超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性和过氧化物酶(POD)活性呈先上升后下降的趋势,膜脂过氧化产物(MDA)含量增加,相对电导率增大,可溶性糖、可溶性蛋白和游离脯氨酸都呈现出先升高后降低的趋势。超级稻在分蘖期、孕穗期和灌浆期均表现出同样的趋势。在低浓度砷胁迫下,水稻自身会出现自我保护的现象,高浓度砷对超级稻表现出伤害效应。

Abstract: Arsenic stress on the antioxidant capacity of super rice response mechanism.In the pot conditions, the Shennong 265 super rice varieties to try the material for the study of super rice roots arsenic active oxygen metabolism and osmotic adjustment extent.With the increased concentration of arsenic,MDA content in super rice roots?upward trend,which As-20 and As-40 increased and reached a significant level(P.<0.05)compared with control;?and As-60 with the next MDA content in tillering and grain filling stage to a significant differences(P.<0.05).?Compared with the control,the relative conductivity of As-60,As-40,As-20 increased by 55.33% - 95.77%?31. 64% -65.42% and 21.17% -29.30%.With the extension of rice growing period,different concentrations of?arsenic-treated rice roots under the SOD content increased at first and then decreased,showing As-20>CK>As-40?> As-60.Compared with the control,As-20 with the next increase of POD content 17.5% - 48.98%,reaching a?significant levels(P. <0.05);and As-40,As-60 treatment under the POD activity decreased,but were not significant?level(P.>0.05).Different concentrations of arsenic-treated under the super rice proline content showed a trend?from high to low first.Compared with the control,As-20 with the next super rice root proline content increased by?7. 83% -9.58%,to a significant levels(P. <0.05).In the boot stage,As-40 with the next super rice root proline?content increased by 2.97%,to a significant level(P. <0.05);As-60 with the next super rice proline content decreased 3.14% to significantly levels(P. <0.05).In the tillering and grain filling stage,As-40,As-60 two treatment?compared with control,failed to meet a significant level(P.>0.05).Soluble protein content was first increased and?then decreased,the As-20>As-40>As-60>CK.Compared with the control,As-20 with the next super-soluble protein content of rice increased by 19.22% -29.77%,reaching a significant level(P. <0.05);As-40 with the next?super rice root soluble protein content,compared with the control,was downward trend,but did not reach significant?level(P.>0.05);and As-60 with the next super-soluble protein content of rice decline of 13.44% -21.23%,reac- hing a significant levels(P. <0.05).The soluble sugar content showed a trend from high to low before the specific?performance of As-20>CK>As-40>As-60.Compared with the control,As-20 with the next super rice root soluble?sugar content increased 36.48% -60.56%,reaching a significant level(P. <0.05);As-40 with the next super rice?root soluble protein content,in addition to filling stage outside,were significant level(P.<0.05);As-60 with the?next super rice root soluble sugar content reached only in the tillering stage significantly levels(P. <0.05).At the?low concentrations of arsenic stress,the rice itself will be the phenomenon of self-protection,high concentrations of?arsenic on the performance of the damage of super rice.
