利用SSR标记分析黑龙江水稻区域试验品系的遗传多样性

摘要: 利用20个表型性状和51个SSR标记分析25份黑龙江省一积温带区域试验品系、20份21世纪推广品种和14份21世纪以前推广品种的的遗传多样性,共检测到92个表型变异和166个SSR等位基因,其中21世纪区试品系表型变异数和SSR等位基因数分别为64,142个(平均2.78个),21世纪推广品种表型变异数和等位基因数分别为78,126个(平均2.47个),21世纪以前推广品种表型变异数和等位基因数分别为82,127个(平均2.49个)。遗传变异主要存在于品种间(94%),群体之间(6%)差异较小。聚类分析将供试材料分为4类,21世纪区试品系形成了独立的类群,其SSR遗传多样性极显著高于21世纪以前和21世纪推广品种,但是黑龙江水稻遗传多样性相对于其他地区仍处于较低水平,应进一步拓宽遗传基础。

Abstract: The genetic diversity of 18 regional trail rice lines in the First Accumulated Temperature Zone,20?rice varieties in 21st century and 14 rice varieties before 21st century in Heilongjiang province were investigated by?20 phenotypic traits and SSR assay with 51 pairs of primers. The results showed that 92 phenotypic variation and?166 alleles were detected,with an average of 2. 78 alleles on every locus phenotypic variation and alleles in regional?trail rice lines were 64 and 142,respectively. 78 and 126 were respectively with an average of 2. 47 alleles on every?locus in 21st century. And 82 and 127 were respectively with an average of 2. 49 alleles on every locus before 21st?century. Genetic variation among different varieties(94%) varied greatly and among different groups(6%) varied?slightly. The tested materials were clustered into 4 groups and regional trail rice lines formed independent group. The?genetic diversity of regional trail rice lines were significantly higher than rice varieties in 21st century and before?21st century. But compared to other areas,the genetic diversity of rice in Heilongjiang province was still at a low?level,and it is necessary to broaden the genetic base.
