用SSR标记分析豫综5号和金皇后综合种的遗传变异

Analysis on the Genetic Variation of Yuzong 5 and Gold Queen Maize Population by SSR Marker

摘要: 利用40对SSR标记引物分析了豫综5号和金皇后综合种的遗传变异。结果表明:40对引物在两群体中都扩增出115个多态位点;累加40对引物扩增的基因型种类,豫综5号196种,金皇后194种;豫综5号的平均遗传距离为0.3834,金皇后综合种为0.3397;豫综5号的平均观察杂合度是0.3826,平均期望杂合度是0.4747;金皇后综合种的平均观察杂合度是0.3292,平均期望杂合度是0.4143。从以上结果来看,豫综5号的遗传变异较丰富。

Abstract: The genetic variation of Yuzong 5 and Gold queen maize population was analyzed by SSR molecular marker. The results showed that: 115 polymorphic loci from Yuzong 5 and Gold queen maize population were amplified by 40 SSR primers; the genotypic number accumulated by 40 primer amplification were 196 for Yuzong 5 and 194 for Gold queen; the mean genetic distances were 0.3834 for Yuzong 5 and 0.3397 for Gold queen; the mean observed heterozygosity was 0.3826 for Yuzong 5 and 0.3292 for Gold queen, while their mean anticipant heterozygosity was 0.4747 and 0.4143, respectively. The results suggested that the genetic variation of Yuzong 5 is more abundant than that of Gold queen maize population.
