光质对彩色甜椒幼苗生长及酶活性影响

摘要: 探讨了不同光质(白光、红光、黄光、绿光和蓝光)对不同品种彩色甜椒幼苗生长及酶活性的影响.结果表明, 白光和黄光培养壮苗的效果最好, 蓝光和红光次之, 绿光下徒长.幼苗生长过程中, 白光下叶片的过氧化物酶(POD)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)、硝酸还原酶(NR)和抗坏血酸酶(APX)活性最高, 超氧化物氧化酶(SOD)活性最低, 绿光下SOD活性最高.各种光质间存在差异性, 白光较好.

Abstract: This study discussed the effects of different light qualities(white light, red light, yellow light, green light and blue light) on growth and activity of enzymes in leaf of color pepper seedling. The results showed white light and yellow light were good for cultivating strong seedling, blue light, red light and green light in turn. During the growth of the seedling, POD, CAT, NR, APX activity in the leaves was higher under white light than that under other light qualities, while the activity of SOD was lower than that under others. The activity of SOD was higher under green light. Difference was obvious among the different light qualities. White light was best.
