根区温度对黄瓜幼苗生长和光合特性的影响

Effects of Root Zone Temperature on Growth and Photosynthetic Properties of Cucumber Seedlings

摘要: 试验对日光温室黄瓜幼苗进行了不同根区温度处理。结果表明,与适温处理(ck)相比,亚适温和低温处理降低了黄瓜幼苗的株高、茎粗、叶面积、地上部干重和全株干重,而增加了地下部干重和根冠比,降低了黄瓜幼苗叶片叶绿素含量、光合速率、蒸腾速率、气孔导度和胞间CO2浓度。

Abstract: Experimentsof lifferent root zone temperuture treatments were arrie out at seedling stage of cu-cumber in solar greenhouse.Comparison of sub-optimal and low temperature treatments with optu1tem pera-tore treatment (ck)indicated that plant height, stem thickness, leaf area, dry weight of shoot and total dryweight of cucumber seedlings decreased, while dry weight of root and root.
