陆地棉亲本不同组配模式杂交后代差异分析

Analysis on Heritable Difference in Hybrid Progeny of Different Hybridized Combination of Upland Cotton

摘要: 分析了亲本组配原则下转Bt基因抗虫亲本(简称pr)、常规亲本(简称p)三种组配模式(pr×pr、pr×p、p×pr)杂交一代产量性状、农艺性状、纤维品质、抗病虫性的差异,并将具有同一抗虫亲本或常规亲本但模式不同的组合加以比较,结果表明:三种组配模式杂种一代铃重、衣分、子指、株高均具有正向优势,而果枝数、单株铃数低于对照,pr×p组配模式杂种一代平均产量最高,铃重增加明显;pr×pr平均产量较高,单株铃数最多,纤维比强度稍好,而麦克隆值偏高;p×pr抗病性好,棉纤维略长,但比强度较差;三种组配模式抗虫性没有明显差异;组配模式相同亲本不同或有一个或两个(正反交)相同亲本但组配模式不同其杂种一代差异均较大。

Abstract: 有下标T hree kinds of hybridized combinations were made of insect-resist ing parent (Pr),common parent(P). They w ere Pr @ Pr,Pr @ P and P @ Pr. Yield,agronomic characters,fiber quality and insect resistance ofthe three combinations in F1 were analyzed. The results show ed: The dominance of boll w eight,lintpercent,seed index and plant heig ht w ere obvious. The averag e y ield of Pr @ P was hig hest in three hybridized combinations,and boll w eight w ere increased. Bolls per plant of Pr @ Pr w ere the most,the fiber intensity w ere strongerthan that of other tw o combinations. The disease resistance and f iber length of P @ Pr have superiority. Therewas considerable difference w hen the parents of the same hybrid were different.
