土壤肥力水平对肥料氮生物固定的影响

Effect of the Level of Soil Fertility on Biologic Fixation of Nitrogen Fertilizer

摘要: 研究了不同肥力水平土壤微生物量氮的含量及其与土壤供氮的关系,及施肥对土壤微生物量氮的影响。结果表明,土壤微生物量氮的基础含量能够反映土壤的供氮能力。单施氮肥或有机物料时,土壤肥力水平对土壤微生物固氮没有明显影响,但两者配合施用时土壤微生物的固氮能力明显增强,在低肥力土壤上效果更明显。

Abstract: The pot incubation ex periment was conducted to study the contents of microbial biomass nit rogenin dif ferent level of so il fertility and the relationship betw een the basic content of microbial biomass nit rogen andnitrogen supply in so il,and the ef fect of fert ilization on microbial biomass nit rogen. The results show ed that thebasic content of microbial biomass nitrogen could indicate the capacity of nit rog en supply in soil. Under the separateapplication of nit rogen fertilizer or organic matter,the ef fect of the level of soil fert ility on microbial biomassnitrogen was not evident. But w hen they w ere applied together,the capacity of biologic f ixation of nitrogen increasedobviously,especially in the lower level of soil fertility.
