利用DNA指纹技术进行玉米自交系类群划分新方法——遗传背景分析法

摘要: 对2个待测玉米自交系和1个对照自交系进行DNA指纹分析,计算待测玉米自交系与各类群对照自交系之间的遗传距离,不用聚类分析方法,直接根据遗传距离进行类群划分,结果表明,与传统的聚类分析方法相比,遗传背景分析方法是十分有效的玉米自交系类群划分新方法,将2个玉米自交系主要分为大类群,即瑞德群,黄改群,P群,旅大红骨群和兰卡斯特群,未发现新的优势类群,除了自交系黄C以外,其他所有玉米自交系的类群划分结果与系谱来源相吻合,并指出黄C属于瑞德群.

Abstract: Analysis 52 maize inbred lines and 15 contrast inbred lines using DNA fingerprint. Not using traditional cluster analysis method, just according to the genetic distance calculated between each inbred line and contrast inbred lines to classify the heterotic groups. The results show that using the method of genetic background analysis to classify the heterotic groups is very effective compare with the traditional cluster analysis. 52 maize inbred lines were classified into five heterotic groups conforming to using pedigree method except Huang C which was classified into Reid heterotic group.
