根际施肥对防治苹果缺铁黄叶病效果的研究

Effects of Rhizosphere Fertilization on Correcting lron Deficient Chlorosis of Apple Tree

摘要: 以山东省德州市为试验地点,对用TL-Fe根系输液法矫正苹果缺铁黄叶病的效果进行了研究,结果表明:TL1根系输液 6d后,苹果叶片全铁含量比ck增加104.16%,活性铁含量增加307.61%,14d后叶片全铁和活性铁达到最大值,分别比ck增加了147.35 %和 393.04 %,然后开始下降.TL2 处理 6d后,苹果叶片全铁和活性铁含量达到最大值,分别比ck增加273.22 %和 642.14 %,然后开始下降。TL1处理苹果叶片花全铁、活性铁、挂果数、座果率分别比ck增加140.79%,137.24%,230.35 %和 696.56%,但花朵数比ck减少25.18%。TL2 处理苹果叶片花全铁、活性铁、花朵数、挂果数、座果率分别比ck增加157.90%,189.16%,38.21%,214.82%和150.46%。从试验结果来看,两种浓度TL(TL1,TL2)根系输液对矫正苹果缺铁黄叶病均有较好的效果,均可持续一年的时间,但相比较而言,以TL1处理效果更好,也更经济

Abstract: This study was conducted to test the TL root soaking method on correcting iron deficient chlorosis in Chao soil in Dezhou city,Shandong province.The results showed that six days after TL1 root soaking,the total iron and active iron of apple leaves were increased by 104.16% and 307.61%respectively,comparing with ck.Fourteen days later,the total iron and active iron were increased by 147.35% and 393.04% respectively and reached the peaks.The values then began to drop.Six days after TL2 root soaking the total iron and active iron of apple leaves were increased by 273.22% and 642.14% respectively,comparing with ck.The parameters then began to fall After TL1 application, the total iron and active iron of apple flowers were increased by 140.79% and 137.24% respectively, and the fruit quantity and fruit set percentage were increased by 230.35% and 696.56% respectively,yet the flower quantity was decreased by 25.18%.After TL2 application, the total iron and active iron of apple flowers increased by 157.90% and 189.16% respectively, the flower quantity,fruit quantity and fruit set percent age were increased by 38.21%,214.82% and 150.46% respectively.The study indicated that both TL1 and TL2 applications had beneficial effects on correcting iron deficient chlorosis, yet TL1 application was better and more profitable.
