谷子胚乳糯性(wx)基因的染色体定位研究

摘要: 本文首次利用谷子的“豫谷1号”初级三体系列和SDS-PAGE蛋白电泳,对控制谷子胚乳的糯性基因进行了研究,结果表明:控制谷子糯与非糯性状的为一对单基因,非糯对糯为显性,并把糯性基因定位在谷子的第4号染色体上,建立了4个谷子糯性性状的标志基因系。

Abstract: For the first time, glutinous trait gene of foxtail millet endosperm was studied using Yugu number 1 primary trisomics series and SDS-PAGE protein electrophoresis. The results indicated that glutinous trait of foxtail millet was controled by a pair of single gene. For glutinous, nonglutinous was dominant. Glutinous trait was located on 4 chromosome. Four marker genes of glutinous trait of foxtail millet were established.
