小麦高温锻炼过程中钙调素含量的变化

摘要: 研究了小麦悬浮培养细胞及小麦幼苗高温锻炼过程中钙调素含量的变化规律。结果表明,小麦悬浮培养细胞或幼苗经34℃锻炼均可引起钙调素的积累,Ca2+螯合剂EGTA对钙调素的积累具有抑制作用。

Abstract: The calmodulin level was measured in wheat cultured cells and wheat seedlings during heat acclimation at 34 ℃。The results showed that the CaM level significantly increased during heat acclimation while Ca2+ was presented. And the Ca2+ chelator EGTA prevented the CaM accumulation.
