DPC处理对棉株侧根组织中激素变化动态的影响

A Study on Variation of Plant Hormone in Cotton Roots by DPC Tr eatment

摘要: DPC系统化控改善了侧根组织中内源激素的水平,其中CTKs中的活性组分iP+iPA的含量水平提高,而DHZ+DHZR和Z+ZR的含量水平下降(苗期除外);GAs中GA3含量下降而GA46月17日前高于对照。IAA含量在6月17日前比对照高,ABA则只在苗期(5月18日)和初花期(6月30日至7月8日)高于对照。IAA/CKs,IAA/Z+ZR和IAA/ABA在根系一生中较对照高。

Abstract: The content of planthormone in roothas been improved by DPC treatment.The content of iP+iPAhas been increased but DHZ+DHZR and Z +ZRhave been decreased.The content of GA3 was lower than control,but the GA4 washigher than control before 06-17.The contert of IAA washigher than control before 06-17,but ABA was lower than control except 05-18 and 06-30-07-08.The ratios of IAA/CTKs, IAA/Z+ZR and IAA/ABA arehigher than control in root development period.
