摘要： 1987～1989年对以姊妹种代替妹妹系改进玉米种子生产技术所涉及的几个关键问题进行了研究。结果表明，姊妹种的产量、农艺性状、整齐度优于对应的姊妹系，用其制种可出产50%以上；姊妹种的配合力水平与对应姊妹系相当且可稳定遗传；改良单交种的产量、农艺性状、整齐度类似相应单交种。

Abstract: From 1987 to 1989, the main problems of improving corn seed production techpique which may be used to substitute the inbred line by sib-cross hybrids were studied. The results showed that the yield and agronomical u-niformity of sib-cross hybrids were better than inbreds'and seed output were raised over 50%. The combining ability of sib-cross hybrids was similar to the inbreds and was heritable.The output and uniformity of modified hybrids was similar to hybrids.
