摘要: 于小麦孕穗期到灌浆期喷洒低浓度的表油菜素内脂(Brassinolide 简称BR)能引起小麦生理特性和产量性状的变化。BR能加速灌浆后旗叶可溶性总糖的运转,提高灌浆中的子粒活度;减少逆境条件下体内游离氨和腐胺的积累量,增强植株抗青枯能力,降低不育小穗数,提高结实率和粒重,使小麦增产10%左右。

Abstract: Epibrassinolide(BR)was used in this study to spray wheat plant during the booting stageand filling period.It was found that when in low concentration(0.01-0.05ppm),BR could accelerate the movement oftotal soluble carbohyrates in the flag leaf during the filling period;make the sohtble protein content ofthe flag leafconsistent;increase the developing seed activiry;reduce the accumulation of free ammon is(NH3)and putrescine under thestress condition;decrease the cell membrane permeabilityof thefunctional leaves in thelower parts of wheat plant.Grains per spike and thousand-grain weight were increased,infertile spikelets reduced compared to the control.The resultsshow that BRis effective on the wmprovement ofwheat yield.
