Cloning and Expression OuterMembrane Protein P5 Gene of Haemophilus parasuis

Abstract

Abstract: "Haemophilus parasuis disease is one of an important bacterial diseases in large-scale pig farm.Analysis the sequence of published outer membrane protein P5,designed and synthesized the primers,took the HPS serotype 5 genome as a template,amplified the outer membrane protein P5 gene of HPS by PCR,and got the expected 1 116 bp fragment,the gene encoding 372 amino acids,the Prediction molecular weight of it about 41 kDa,We used the genetic engineering technology cloned gene into the expression vector pGEX-6p-1,and the induced molecular weight of ompP5 about 67 kDa.The study prepared a basis of subunit vaccine and diagnostic reagents. "
