Abstract: Study quinclorac stress on spraying with different concentrations of sodium nitroprusside(sodium nitroprusside,SNP)on tobacco seedlings of active oxygen and the protection of the repairing enzyme system effects.Spraying with different concentrations of SNP by quinclorac coercion tobacco seedlings, the physiological indicators will be measured after a certain period of time. The results showed that, sodium nitroprusside could reduce the superoxide anion radical(O2),hydroxyl radical(·OH-)and malondialdehyde(MDA)content, and raised tobacco in the superoxide dismutase(SOD),catalase(CAT)and ascorbate peroxidase(APX)activity; The 0.01 mmol/L concentration of SNP was the most obvious effect of the restoration.
