Abstract: Tobacco variety Longjiang 911 was used to explore the effect of different organic substances(sesame, sesame oil, soylbean grits, soybean milk )on nitrogenous compounds in the flue-cuan tobacco. The results demonstrated thatapplying soybean milk results in a ideal quality of flue-cured tobacco with suitable nicotine content, the lowest protein, the highest amino acids, molerate nitrate arildnitrite; The tobacco leaves after applying sesame had relatively lowerorgarric matter than other treatments, dnitrate, and higher nitrite, amino acids and potein; Applying sesame oil led)tobacco leaves with the highest nicotine content, higher nitrate aril nitrite content, kower amir acids and higher proteincontent;when applying soybean grits, the tobacco leaves had appropriate nicotine content, relativelyver nitrate, nitriteand amino、ids, aril higher protein. By comprehensive comparison, applying soybean grits and milk could lead)the to-bacco leaves with favourable organic matters and was good in improving the quality of flue-cured tobacco.
