Abstract:
The score of HMW-GS has close related to the quali ty of wheat by analysing the qual ity of wheat wi th di fferent HMW-GS in di fferent latitude and longitude posi tion. The process quali ty of wheat can be as sess by the score of HMW-GS.The main quali ty of wheat wi th di fferent HMW-GS was dropped wi th lat i tude dropping and longi tude raising.But, the wheat wi th high score of HMW-GS has low influence by environment. The process value and sui table area were also assessed in this paper.
