Abstract:
Experiments were carried out to analyze the allele frequency,genotype frequency, heterozygous degree and homozygous degree of the malate dehydrogenase (MDH) isozymes in three subspecies of Apis mellifera-A.m.ligustica, A.m.carrzica and A.m.carpatica. Statistical analysis showed significant differences among the three subspecies indicating that there was genovariation among them.
