Characteristics of Yak Tumor Protein p53 Gene(Tp53 )and Its Expression in Different Periods of Estrus Ovaries

Abstract: In order to research characteristics of yak Tp53 gene and its expression in different estrus period ovary.Gathered the ovarian during in different periods.The specific primers were on the basis of conservative Tp53 gene sequence of cattle,the gene sequence could be obtained by cloning,analyzed its gene structure and bioinformatics.Real-time PCR method for Tp53 gene expression in yak different estrus period ovary.The results showed Tp53 gene sequence coding region of 1 161 bp,and encoding 386 amino acids on yak.Homology and evolutionary analysis showed the highest homology with Tp53 gene,it could reach 98.4%,the lowest with domestic cats,80.7%,indicated that Tp53 gene was highly conserved in evolution;Real-time PCR detection results showed that the expression of Tp53 in each period was significant different( P<0.05).Tip:the reason why the expression of Tp53 was different might be due to the extent of DNA damage and endocrine factors in different estrus period ovaries.The successful cloning and bioinformatics analysis in yak Tp53 laid a foundation for the further study.
