Abstract: To study the cadmium accumulation characteristics of post-grafting accumulator generation, the pot and field experiments were conducted to study the effects of rape rootstock on cadmium accumulation characteristics of Capsella bursa-pastoris post-grafting generation. The results showed that under high concentration of cadmium treatment, low concentration of cadmium treatment and field experiment, the cadmium content in root and the root bioconcentration factor of C.bursa-pastoris were ungrafted>self grafted generation>rape rootstock grafted generation. However, the cadmium content in shoot, root bioconcentration factor, transfer factor, root biomass, shoot biomass, total biomass, cadmium accumulation in root, cadmium accumulation in shoot and total cadmium accumulation of C.bursa-pastoris were rape rootstock grafted generation>self grafted generation>ungrafted. At high concentration of cadmium treatment, low concentration of cadmium treatment and field experiment, the rape rootstock grafted generation of C.bursa-pastoris accumulated cadmium in shoot by 145.41%, 98.27% and 99.51% higher than ungrafted, and the total amount of cadmium improved by 110.93%, 82.90%, 93.89% compared with ungrafted. In the field experiment, the cadmium accumulations in shoot and whole plant of the rape rootstock grafted generation of C.bursa-pastoris were 1 103.87, 1 210.54 μg/m2, respectively. Therefore, the rape as rootstocks grafting C.bursa-pastoris can significantly improve the cadmium accumulation in generation of C.bursa-pastoris, and can apply in the phytoremediation.
