Effect of Microorganism Fermentation Bed on Expression of MSTN and Its Expression Correlation with Pork Quality

Abstract: In order to determine the effect of microorganism fermentation bed on expression of MSTN and its expression correlation with pork quality , and to describe the differences gene expression in the different breeding environment. The results:there were no significant difference on the expression of MSTN between conventional breeding environment and microorganism fermentation bed (P>0. 05 );the expression of MSTN in the microorganism fermentation bed is lower 8. 6% than conventional breeding environment in the conventional breeding environment there was significant negative correlation between expression of MSTN and shear force (P<0. 05);in the microorganism fermentation bed, there was significant negative correlation among the expression of MSTN,water content and fiber diameter;there were no significant difference on the expression of MSTN between conventional breeding environment and microorganism fermentation bed (P>0. 05) on the other meat quality index.
