Abstract: "Glycosylation is one of the most common post-translational modifications of proteins.Glycoprotein analysis requires determining both the sites of glycosylation as well as the glycan structures associated with each site.In this context, advance in the detection technologies of glycoprotein and the development of protein glycosylation modification, proteomics with mass spectrometry were extensively to obtain the glycosylation site and the site microheterogeneity of milk protein, and further for exploring polymorphism of milk protein.
