The Method and Improvement of Two Dimensional Electrophoresis for Leaf Protein of Peanuts(Arachis hypogaea)

Abstract: The two dimensional electrophoresis(2-DE)technology was used to demonstrate the protein profile of leaves in peanut cultivar Luhua14.High quality and repeatable maps were obtained on according to TCA/acetone precipitation method with some improvement,such as sample extraction and dissolution,the pH rang of the immobilized gradient strips(IPG),the protein quantity of sample-loading and SDS-PAGE.This method and improvement will be helpful to proteomic research in peanut.
