Abstract

Abstract: According to the CPC Central Committee on the development of the national economy and social development in the 10th Five??Year Plans recommendations to explore the connotation and features of a new socialist country??side, combined to the relevant research results and a new socialist countryside development characteristics, index system,and quantif iable targets of building new socialist countryside in Shijiazhuang City was proposed.
