Abstract: The soil water content is important for physical character of soil and vegetal state, but it has dynamic change.Following the increased exploitation, the water level drops and forms the hugely thick aeration zone,it changed the deposited and translation of the soil water content, and the dynamic characteristics.Based on the results of long term and position research, the dynamic change of soil water content in Taihang Mountain-piedmont Plain with the condition of aeration zone incrassation was studied. Some results are as follows: Soil water content changes with precipitation in different year;Season dynamic can be divided into three stages: accumulating, consuming and stable;Soil water content increases with the increase of soil depth. The variation coefficients decrease with increasing soil depth.
