Abstract: With constructing ″Target Trait Breeding Gene Bank″ based on mixed selection, the distant hybridization offspring that come from G.hirsutum and G.barbadense and G.thurberi were improved.Through some years continuous selected with target traits, there are 493 lines that includes 18 high lint percent lines and 4 eminent fiber quality lines and 4 high level verticillium wilt resistant lines and so on were selected. These lines were more variety and abundant genotypes.2 elite lines would be put in lines comparison test or be the parents for breeding.
