Abstract: The maize male-sterile inbred line CF5-11111 was bred up according to recycled-rebreeding with different CMS-S,M,R,21A and Rb,Es etc multi-cytoplasm.The male-sterile stability of 21A-type,S-type,M-type,Rbtype,Es-type CMS lines, the genetic effect and disease resistance of five-type male-sterile cytoplasm indicate that 21A-type,S-type,M-type,Rb-type,Es-type male-sterile cytoplasm can be safely used in production.
