Abstract: The relativity between mycelial activity and several indexes were studied by determining the activity of SOD and ACP, the content of Pro and MDA and relative conductance of Suillus luteus (L.: Fr.) Gray mycelia. The results showed that the mycelial ACP activity was consistent preferably with the change of mycelial biomass. The mycelial relative conductance was the lowest when the mycelia grew fastest. These two indexes could be regarded as mycelial activity indexes. SOD activity and the content of Pro and MDA could also be regarded as referenced indexes of mycelial activity.

Key words: Suillus luteus, Mycelial activity, Relative conductance, ACP
