Abstract: By the primary antagonistic screening study, inhibitory activity of yc8 which endophytic bactenas strain was isolated from rape collected from Taigu in Shanxi province was obvious. Though primary taxonomy study, it is identified to be Bacillus. circulans. This experiment studied the different fermented fluid concentrations of endopytic bacteria yc8 from rape on effect to the sprout rate, the radicle and the germ, and determined the variance of α-amylase, β-amylase and total amylase activity in the sprout between various kind of rape. The result indicated the 100-fold fermented fluid concentration affected the sprout rate, the radicle and the germ much more. Compared with other concentration, it had significant difference. And a-amylase activity was the highest in the steep treatment of 100-fold fermentable production, 0.93 fold and 0.59 fold compared with the contrast respectively, but the change of β-amylase was not obvious.
