Abstract: Tomato Liao Yuan Duo Li is the materials of this experiment. In order to analog the low temperature conditions of northern in winter and spring, set the temperature of nighttime as low as 6 ℃ to cultivate seedlings. The compared seedlings was cultivated as normal temperature as 15 ℃ of nighttime. The absorption of N, P, K, Ca, Mg of tomato seedlings was tested to provide theoretical bases for cultivation and fertilization of tomato in low tem- perature season. The experiment has shown that the low temperature of nighttime inhibits tomato seedlings roots from absorbing N,P,K,Ca,Mg.The leaves of tomato seedlings concentrates highest N,and the roots concentrates highest P; compared with the seedlings cultivated in normal temperature, the differences of the K absorption was disappea- ring gradually with the treatment time flying, equals at 7 d; cold treatment for 3 d,the content of Ca,Mg in the roots starts to increase but decreases in the leaves significantly compared with the normal seedlings.
