Abstract: This paper mainly deal with the effect of 2,4-D,NAA,PP333 and carbohydrate on the induction of bubils of Dioscorea opposita Thunb. The results show the more suitable concentration of NAA or 2,4-D was 0.5 mg,which could single induct more and bigger bubils; Among the combinations of growth regulations, NAA 0.5 mg/L+2, 4-D 0.5 mg/L can induct more and bigger bubils. When NAA being 0.5 mg/L,PP333 0.1 mgZ could induct more and bigger bubils. The inducting percent of bubils was 100%.Comparing sucrose and sugar, we finded that sucrose could induct more and bigger bubils than sugar.
