Effect on Root-soil System and Underground Parts Characteristics with Cu2+ Density of Peanut

Abstract: The results showed: The soil enzyme activity on root-soil system, the roots properties and the upside plant properties had different reaction on different Cu2+′s concentration.The vitalities of soil urease and amylophosphorylase dropped with the Cu2+′s density increasing.The vitality, volume and dry weight of roots were improvted with Cu2+′s density increasing, it would dropped at the density 200 mg/kg beyond. But the number of roots tumer was the most of all concentrations at 50 mg/kg. The upside plant properties and yield properties were very well at 100 mg/kg.
