Abstract: Iron was absorbed by cut root through transpiration in fruit trees, the pattern of iron absorbed and transported is Fe2+ .Most of Fe2+ were transported to leaves.A large number of iron absorbed by intact root precipitated in roots.Apple chlorosis caused by iron deficiency stress could be corrected in short time by raising the content of chlorophyll and iron in leaves when iron fetilizer was inserted into roots.Among Fe Citric acid,Fe EDTA and Fe N the best effect was obtained by Fe N.It took more time to correct chlorosis when iron fertilizer was intensively injected into trunk. The effect of spray was not obvious.
