Abstract: In this paper the influence of zinc on toxicity to some plants was studied at the level of microstructure and submicrostructure. The results indicated that damage to plant root-tip cells was not remarkable after treatment with different concentration zinc. The structures of main organelle within cells had been preserved intact. The frequency of micronucleated cells was very low. But the vacuole appeared to be condensed at low to middle degree.
