Abstract: Root growth dynamics of four spring wheat varieties in different nitrogen levels and under no-irrigated conditions were observed by using minirhizotron technique. The growth dynamics of above-ground parts investigated by the method of fixed sample.Below- and above-ground biomass in ripening stage was also measured. After 54 days of seedling emergence the root amounts reached maximum level.Root biomass of plants fertilized with 37.5g/m2 of pure nitrogen was less than that of the plants fertilized with 22.5g/m2 of nitrogen.Otherwise, the state of the above-ground biomass was opposite. The specific value of the below- and above-ground biomass of the plants under no-irrigated condition was greater than that under irrigated condition.
