Abstract:
The environments of cultivation greatly affect the expression of excellent genes in wheat seeds. They affect not only its nutrition properties but also the processing properties. Experiment results show that nutrition properties and processing properties are in positive correlation. Appropriate amount of N, proper time of N application, and suitable proportion of basic and additional N can effectively raise the processing properties of wheat. Over quantity of P may decrease the content of gluten, however, it doesn't decrease the quality of gluten. Irrigation in the blooming stage doesn't do any good to processing properties. But water has not-such strong effect as N-fertilizer. This paper offers a set of cultivating methods which can help to achieve both good nutrition properties and processing properties.
