甘蓝型油菜茎秆强度相关性状及其与农艺性状的相关分析

Correlation Analyses of Stalk Strength Related Traits and Agronomy Traits in Brassica napus L.

摘要: 为明确油菜茎秆强度相关性状在不同时期的变化特点及其与农艺性状间的关系,以四川地区茎秆强度不同的10份甘蓝型油菜自交系为研究材料,对茎秆强度相关性状间和茎秆强度相关性状与主要农艺性状进行相关性分析。茎秆强度相关性状间的相关分析结果表明:成熟期为油菜茎秆研究的最适时期。在这一时期,穿刺强度和抗折强度呈极显著正相关(r=0.78**),壁厚与穿刺强度、抗折强度和纤维素含量均呈极显著正相关(r=0.73**,0.67**,0.58**),但纤维素含量与木质素含量呈显著负相关(r=-0.48*)。通过对茎秆强度相关性状与主要农艺经济性状进行相关性分析,结果表明:壁厚和穿刺强度均与株高呈极显著正相关(r=0.73**,0.60**),而茎粗与一次分枝数和单株产量间呈显著正相关(r=0.66*,0.53*),与角果长度呈显著负相关(r=-0.65*)。结果表明,甘蓝型油菜茎秆强度相关性状间关系密切,且对茎秆强度相关性状的改良不会造成经济价值的巨大损失。

Abstract: In terms of clarify the relationship among stalk strength related traits and agronomy traits, correlation analyses were calculated in 10 selfing groups of rapeseed. Correlation analyses of stalk strength related traits indicates that mature stage was the best time for stalk strength assessment. During this stage, puncture strength had positive correlation with bending strength(r=0.78**), stem wall thickness had positive correlation with puncture strength, bending strength, and cellulose content(r=0.73**, 0.67**, 0.58**), but cellulose content had negative correlation with lignin content(r=-0.48*). Analyses between stem strength related traits and agronomy traits indicated that stem wall thickness was positively correlated with puncture strength and plant height(r=0.73**, 0.60**), Stem diameter was positively correlated with number of primary branch and yield per plant(r=0.66*, 0.53*), but negatively correlated with silique length(r=-0.65*). In conclusion, It indicated that there was a close relationship between stem strength related traits in Brassica napus, and the improvement of stem strength related traits would not cause huge loss of economic value.
