冬小麦抗旱性鉴定指标随生育期的变化规律及用于鉴定的最佳时期

摘要: 选取9个抗旱性不同的冬小麦材料,在水旱两种条件下分别测定了5个生育时期的脯氨酸含量、丙二醛含量、叶片相对含水量、切叶失水率、叶绿素含量及a/b比值等抗旱性生理指标,以明确各指标随生育期的变化规律和测定的最佳时期。结果表明,脯氨酸在起身期测定,丙二醛含量、叶片相对含水量在拔节期测定,切叶失水率、叶绿素a/b比值在抽穗开花期测定,叶绿素总含量在挑旗期测定,其结果与抗旱性相关最显著。这对抗旱性鉴定指标的合理应用提供了理论依据。

Abstract: The study was conducted with 9 winter wheats of different drought resistance under semiarid and irrigated conditions. The six physiological drought resistance characteristic were mea-sured at 5 developmental stages and the most adaptive stages had been determined. It was found that the accumulation of free proline at about 10 days after turning green,MDA contents,RWC at joining, RWL, Chla/Chlb at heading-anthesis and Chla+ Chlb at booting were suitable for the se-lection of drought resistance.
