多效唑对花生叶片和主茎结构的影响

Effect of Paclobutrazol(PP333)on the Anatomical Structure of Leaf and Stem in Peanut(Arachis hypogaea L.)

摘要: 1991~1992年对花生的研究结果显示,多效唑(PP333)处理使花生叶片同化组织排列紧密,叶片栅栏组织和海绵组织明显增厚,但贮水组织厚度略有下降。PP333对处理后出生的花生叶片叶绿体结构有影响,表现为叶绿体基粒数明显增多,每一基粒中基粒片层数较多;同时,叶绿体附近的线粒体数目明显增多。PP333使花生主茎大维管束及分化的导管增多,导管壁厚;皮层厚角组织加厚层数多于对照;主茎纵切表皮细胞、皮层细胞、髓细胞长度大大缩短,使花生抗倒能力增强。

Abstract: The experimental results showed that the assimilating tissue became denser, thickness of palisade and spong tissues were increased, palisade cells became longer, but thickness of warer storage tissue slightly decreased after spraying of PP333 on the leaves of peanut.Chloroplast structure in new leaflet emerging after PP333 treatment was changed.The numbers of grana and grana lamellae was increased.The number of mitochondria close to chloroplast was significantly increased.PP333 enhanced the lodging resistance of stem due to the reduction of plant height and the increase of vascular bundle the number of trachea and the thickness of trachea wall in the mainstem.Length of epidemic cells,cortex cells and pith cells of main stem in longitudinal section were reduced.
