不同浓度脱落酸对冬小麦干旱诱导蛋白的影响

Effect of Different Concentration of ABA on Droughtinduced Proteins in Winter Wheat

摘要: 应用双相电泳技术对冬小麦干旱诱导蛋白研究结果表明,10×10-6脱落酸(ABA)对于抗旱性强的冬小麦太原633和抗旱性弱的C609干旱诱导蛋白的形成没有作用,100×10-6ABA可以使太原633产生分子量为17.5~20KD,PI4.7~5.5的一些新蛋白;50×10-6和100×10-6ABA能诱导C609形成15~17.5KD,PI5.2~5.7的几个新蛋白和一个26KD、PI5.8的新蛋白。而在干旱胁迫下,太原633产生的一些诱导蛋白为17.5、20KD,PI4.7~5.5,C609仅产生26KD、PI5.8的新蛋白。由此表明,不同浓度的ABA对冬小麦干旱诱导蛋白的效应是不同的,且与抗旱性有关;ABA和干旱胁迫对干旱诱导蛋白的形成有一定的差异性。

Abstract: The results of study conducted by use of two dimensional gel electrophoresisshow that has no effect on induction of droughtinduced protein.in droughtresistant winter wheat Taiyuan and drought sensitive winter wheat group of new protein.with can be induced with treatments of Taiyuan 633,and several new proteins can be induced with treatment.But under drought stress a group of new protein.can be induced.that effects of different concentration of on droughtinduced proteins inwintervvheat are different.moreover.related to plant drought restance.Meanwhile.thereare differences in induction of clroughtinduced protein.between ABA and drought cress.
