摘要: 本研究以小麦为试材,在不同水浸时间后,用NaN3 理M1 代和M2 代,观察其生理损伤和M2 代突变情况.结果表明NaN3 是一种高效诱变剂.国外有的学者认为NaN3 处理水,浸过的种子突变频率高,但本实验以NaN3 10-3M,浸种风干种子2小时突变频率最高.故用NaN3 诱变小麦可直接处理干种子,既方便,效果又好.

Abstract: This study dealt with the effect of NaN3 on the physielogical damage of M1 and the mutation frequency of M2, when the wheat seeds were pre-soaked in water for different length of time.NaN3 was an effective chemical mutagen. Some scientists from a broad believed that the highest mutation frequency was obtained when the pre-soaked wheat seeds were treated with NaN3. But in this study, the mutation frequency was the highest when the dry wheat seeds were treated with NaN3 (10-3M, 2 hr.). So it was very effective, and convenient to treat dry wheat seeds with NaN3.
