平阳霉素后处理提高EMS诱变的遗传学效应

摘要: 本文报道了抗癌新药—一平阳霉素(PYM)后处理提高甲基磺酸乙酯(EMS)的诱变效果.试验结果证明,EMS处理小麦湿种子附加PYM后处理的M2 代植株诱变频率为8.9-19.2%,较EMS(5.7%)单独处理的效果提高了1.5—3.0倍.

Abstract: Increase of the mutation effect induced by EMS (ethyl metilsulfate) through post treatment by PYM was reported in this paper. The mutation frequency in the plant of M 2 generation, growing out of the seed soaked by EMS and then treated by PYM, was 8.9-19.2%. So the effect increased by 1.5-3.0 times in comparison with the treatment by single EMS (5.7%).
