摘要: 经过对大量元素、微量元素和有机物进行试验,配成一个能够较大幅度提高冬小麦花药愈伤组织的C17培养基,最高诱导率可达12.19%。将诱导花药愈伤组织的培养温度从18-25℃提高到28-30℃,不仅在炎热的夏季容易掌握,而且显著地提高了出愈率。培养基中的琼脂浓度从9,000mg/l降到7,000mg/l也可显著地提高诱导率。

Abstract: The comoound of the culture medium C17 which may increase significantly the wheat anther callus |and the rate of pollen plantlet induction at the highest up to 12.19% was completed through assays of macro and microelements and organism by way of orthogonal design.The rate of callus initiation is also increased remarkably when the culture temperature to induction anther callus is raised from 18-25℃ to 28-30℃ possibly with great ease in summer season.The agar concentration reduction of culture medium from 9000mg/l to 7000mg/l may as well increase the induction rate considerably.
