磷水平对不同香稻品种苗期形态生理的影响

Effects of Different Concentration of Phosphorus Nutrient on Morphophysiology of Different Scented Rice Varieties at the Seedling Stage

摘要: 为了分析低磷胁迫下对不同香稻品种苗期形态生理的影响,筛选出耐低磷性较好的香稻品种。在自然条件下,通过不同磷浓度(0,0.25,0.50,2.00,8.00,31.00 mg/L)营养液水培试验,在不同时间(7,14,21,28,31 d)测定不同磷浓度下绿金香、华香、美香占2号和海香占4个香稻品种苗期各项形态生理指标,研究了不同香稻品种在苗期不同磷水平下形态生理的差异。结果表明:在35 d无磷(磷浓度为0 mg/L)条件下,绿金香在SPAD值(34.58)、磷的积累量(1.45 mg/瓶)、根系活力(529.84 μg/(g·h))、根冠比(0.63)、总根长(443.06 cm)、总根系表面积(152.02 cm2)、总根体积(14.15 cm3)、总根尖数(2 452.02)和直径0~0.5 mm总根长(378.43 cm)均比其他香稻品种高,华香在超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性(240.39 U/g)和过氧化氢酶(CAT)活性(28.03 U/(g·min))上高于其他香稻品种,美香占2号在钠钾离子ATP酶(Na+K+-ATPase)活性(68.97 μmol/(mg·h))上高于其他香稻品种。综合而言,低磷胁迫下,4个香稻品种耐低磷能力从强到弱依次为绿金香、华香、美香占2号、海香占,即绿金香为本试验条件下耐低磷胁迫能力最强的香稻品种。

Abstract: In order to study the effects of low phosphorus stress on morphophysiology of different scented rice varieties at the seedling stage which were selected preferable scented rice varieties resistant to low phosphorus. A hydroponic experiment was conducted by different P concentration nutrient solution(0,0.25,0.50,2.00,8.00,31.00 mg/L)in natural conditions,different morphophysiological indexes of four scented rice varieties(Lüjinxiang,Huaxiang,Meixiangzhan 2,Haixiangzhan)under different P concentration nutrient solution in different stage(7,14,21,28,31 d)were determined,to reveal morphophysiological differences of different scented rice varieties under different concentration of phosphorus nutrient at the seedling stage.The results showed that under the condition of without P(P concentration was 0 mg/L)at 35 d,Lüjinxiang were higher than other scented varieties in SPAD value(34.58),P accumulation(1.45 mg/bottle),root activity(529.84 μg/(g·h)),shoot-root ratio(0.63),total root length(443.06 cm),total root surface area(152.02 cm2),total root volume(14.15 cm3),total number of root tip and total root length of 0-0.5 mm in diameter(378.43 cm),Huaxiang were higher than other scented varieties in SOD activity(240.39 U/g)and CAT activity(28.03 U/(g·min)),and Meixiangzhan 2 was better than other scented varieties in Na+K+-ATPase activity(68.97 μmol/(mg·h)). In conclusion,under low phosphorus stress,the low P resistance of the four varieties from strong to weak was Lüjinxiang > Huaxiang > Meixiangzhan 2 > Haixiangzhan,that was Lüjinxiang,a scented rice,was the strongest resistance ability to low phosphorus stress in the experiment.
