大豆ms1轮回群体应用于转EPSPS基因大豆育种改良研究

摘要: 针对抗草甘膦转EPSPS基因大豆遗传基础狭窄的问题,利用ms1轮回群体拓宽抗草甘膦转基因大豆的遗传基础。利用遗传基础丰富的ms1基础群体,与现有的抗草甘膦转EPSPS基因大豆新品系冀K32、冀K331、冀K69、冀K964建立抗草甘膦C0群体,C0群体改良后形成C1群体。分析基础、C0、C1 3个群体的品质、产量等农艺性状。结果表明,C1群体蛋白变化为35.66%~48.02%;脂肪变化为16.34%~22.92%;株高变化为46.00~158.00 cm;分枝数变化为0~8个;百粒质量变化为10.30~25.30 g;单株重变化为1.60~59.60 g。C1群体中不育株所占比例为19.20%,抗草甘膦性株所占比例为70.54%。利用大豆ms1基因构建了一个含EPSPS基因的转基因大豆轮回群体,该群体性状分离广泛,遗传多样性丰富,适合转基因大豆育种材料筛选。

Abstract: Aiming at the problem of the narrow genetic basis of the EPSPS gene of glyphosate resistant transgenic soybean,using ms1 recurrent population to broaden soybean genetic basis was studied.There are three populations.The first is the basic population that has rich diversity,the second is C0 population that was formed based the basic population and transgenic lines Ji K32,Ji K331,Ji K69,Ji K964.The third is C1 population that derived from C0. The quality,yield and other agronomic traits of the three populations were analyzed. The results showed that C1 population protein changed from 35.66% to 48.02%;fatty changed from 16.34% to 22.92%;plant height varied from 46.00 cm to 158.00 cm;branch number varied from 0 to 8,100 seeds weight changed from 10.30 g to 25.30 g;plant weight changes range from 1.60 to 59.60 g. The proportion of male sterile plants in C1 population was 19.20%,and the proportion of glyphosate resistant plants was 70.54%.Using soybean ms1 gene to construct a EPSPS gene containing genetically modified soybean recurrent population,the population has rich genetic diversity and is suitable for transgenic soybean breeding material selection.
