喷施硫酸钾对干旱胁迫下马铃薯生长发育及抗性生理的影响

摘要: 通过测定马铃薯生长发育及抗性生理相关指标,探究喷施硫酸钾对干旱胁迫下马铃薯植株生长发育及抗性生理的影响及其抗旱机理.以大西洋马铃薯为试验材料,在幼苗期叶面喷施不同浓度的硫酸钾,结果表明:干旱胁迫导致马铃薯幼苗叶片叶绿素含量和类胡萝卜素含量降低、抗氧化物酶活性和丙二醛(MDA)含量升高,渗透调节物质(脯氨酸和可溶性糖)含量升高,根系活力下降,马铃薯生长发育受到抑制;叶面喷施硫酸钾后,较未喷施硫酸钾的幼苗,叶片叶绿素和类胡萝卜素含量升高,渗透调节物质含量先升高后下降,抗氧化酶活性增强,K-1和K-2处理MDA含量下降,马铃薯株高、基径、地上部分重、根重、根长和薯重增加;通过叶面喷施不同量的硫酸钾,结果显示,以3.5 g/株硫酸钾对促进干旱胁迫下马铃薯生长发育和抗性生理效果最佳.说明通过叶面喷施方式增施适宜浓度的硫酸钾可以增强马铃薯植株对干旱胁迫的抗性,增加光合产物的积累,缓解干旱胁迫对马铃薯植株造成的伤害,促进植株的生长发育,提高马铃薯块茎的产量并改善块茎的营养与品质.

Abstract: The effects of spraying potassium sulfate on the growth and development and resistance physiology of potato under drought stress were reported in this paper.The results showed that drought stress reduced the growth of the potato seedlings,the contents of chlorophyll,carotenoid,root vigor decreased,the activities of antioxidative enzymes and malondialdehyde (MDA) contents osmoregulation substances increased in leaves.The results also showed that the damage of potato seedlings caused by drought stress was alleviated significantly by spraying potassium sulphate solutions,and the effects was the best when the spraying amount of potassium sulphate was 3.5 g per plant.The plant height,root weight,stem diameter,tuber weight,and overground part weight increased,root,stem and leaf water contents also increased,chlorophyll,carotenoid contents were increased,soluble sugar,proline were increased and then decreased,MDA contents decreased wren the planted were treated with K-1 and K-2,the activities of superoxide (SOD),peroxidase (POD),catalase (CAT) enhanced.Our results provide evidence that spray potassium sulphate solution may alleviate the damage caused by drought stress on potato seedlings through improving the activities of antioxidase,decreasing MDA contents,increasing soluble sugar and proline contents,enhancing the accumulation of photosynthate,thus promote seedling growth and tuber yields,improving the nutrition and quality of potato tubers.
