摘要: 近年来,随着大豆转基因技术的发展,转基因在大豆抗性和品质育种方面发挥了巨大的作用。本研究对目前常用的大豆转基因方法如基因枪法、农杆菌介导法、电激转化法进行了综合评价,同时阐述了大豆转基因育种在抗病、抗除草剂方面的研究进展,并对今后大豆转基因研究进行了展望和讨论。

关键词: 大豆, 转化方法, 外源基因, 再生体系

Abstract: In recent years,with the development of transgenic technology in soybean,transgenic played a huge role in the quality and resistance breeding of soybean. In this paper,the transgenic methods in soybean that commonly used such as particle bombardment, agrobacterium mediated method, electroporation method for comprehensive evaluation was applied to the comprehensive assessment. Expounded the progress of transgenic breeding of soybean in the study of disease resistance,herbicide aspect, and the future of transgenic soybean were summarized and discussed.
