摘要: 小豆是我国传统的栽培豆类之一,近年来,由于植物病害的发生与流行,导致小豆大面积减产,质量和品质严重下降。我国小豆病害病原菌研究尚处于起步阶段,而利用分子技术鉴定病原菌的致病力分化未见报道,导致小豆抗病育种进度缓慢,育成品种利用率较低。笔者将从国内外不同小豆种植区病害的种类、不同病害病原菌的致病力分化及其变异趋势、抗病育种等方面综合阐述小豆病害的国内外研究进展,旨在了解国内外小豆主要病害病原菌的地理分布情况、不同病害病原菌致病力及其变异趋势,探讨中国小豆病害研究前景,为我国小豆抗病育种提供理论依据。

Abstract: Adzuki bean(Vigna angularis) is one of the traditional grain legumes in China.Plant disease has been a major problem on the improvement of yield and quality of adzuki bean in China.However,pathogenicity differentiation study of the pathogens is greatly lagged behind in China comparing to the major crops,which has constrained the intensive development of resistance breeding.In this paper,studies on disease types,the difference in virulence among the isolates of pathogen and the distribution of virulent isolates in the field,resistance breeding of adzuki bean were reviewed both in China and the world in order to provide the theoretical basis of adzuki bean resistance breeding
